The Obertall Inn and Leavenworth Vacation Homes welcome you to Leavenworth! Please review the following information to make your stay more enjoyable.

Wifi:

Television:
Our cable provider for the Garden Haus is Localtel. Please refer to the list in the front pocket of the provided biner for TV channels list (disregard channel list on page 8 of the binder).

Heating and air conditioning:
The thermostat in the living room can be adjusted to your comfort for heat throughout the house.

Air conditioning in the bedroom is available year-round and controlled either by the buttons on the front of the unit or by the remote control. Air conditioning in the living room is available from late Spring through early Fall and is controlled either by the buttons on the unit or by the remote control.

Garden / Hot Tub:
When exiting the side door from the living room to the garden, take your keys or make sure the door is not going to lock behind you. Please cover the hot tub after use.

Parking:
This rental comes with one parking spot which is marked "Garden Haus" and is located closest to the back door. Please hang your parking tag on your rear view mirror when parked here. Street parking is available but please be advised that the City of Leavenworth does not allow overnight parking on the street during the Winter months. Currently these hours are 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, from November 15th through March 15th but please check street signs for possible updated information.

Sofa Bed:
Linens for the sofa bed are stored in the ottoman.

Smoking/Vaping/Candles:
All of our rentals are non-smoking, including the balconies/decks. At the Garden Haus you may smoke in the back yard as long as the door to the house is close.

Quiet Time:
Per the City of Leavenworth Noise Regulations, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise at all times.
